It is cultivated in different climatic conditions, but the care of the plant is slightly different in different regions.
To obtain a rich harvest in the southern territory, Crimean tomatoes are planted in open soil, and greenhouse conditions are required for the middle zone.
Ripening time and yield
In the case of proper plant care, as well as following the planting instructions, 4 kg of fruit can be harvested from one bush of the Black Crimea. To increase the yield, it is recommended to form a bush of two stems.
Tomato varieties for open ground in Crimea are usually mid-season. Fruits reach full maturity 75-85 days after sowing for seedlings or directly in open ground.
Growing tips
Tomatoes of this variety can be cultivated in two ways - with and without seedlings. In the first case, the seeds are sown for seedlings 55-60 days before the intended planting in the soil. After sowing, the shoots appear within 2-5 days.
In order to grow tomatoes without using seedlings, you must immediately sow the seeds into the soil. This is done from mid-May to June. To harvest a good harvest, the plant must be tied up and side shoots removed, leaving a bush of 2-3 stems.

This tomato variety is resistant to almost all types of diseases, which distinguishes it from others. To protect it from pests, it must be treated with special insecticidal preparations.
